Clove
Clove is a highly aromatic and flavorful spice derived from the dried flower buds of the Syzygium aromaticum tree, native to the Maluku Islands of Indonesia. Known for its intense aroma, warm pungency, and slightly sweet flavor, clove is used extensively in both culinary and medicinal applications.
It is a key ingredient in Indian garam masala, biryanis, spice blends, herbal teas, and baked goods. Beyond the kitchen, clove is valued in Ayurveda and traditional medicine for its powerful antimicrobial and pain-relieving properties.
